By accessing or using SampleVault (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

SampleVault hosts audio samples and sound packs ("Content") uploaded by users. By uploading Content to SampleVault, you represent and warrant that:

Certain Content on SampleVault is available for purchase. All purchases are processed through our third-party payment provider, Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to:
Prices are listed in US Dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders that have already been completed.
Certified Sellers on SampleVault may create and sell premium sound packs. As a Seller, you agree to:
SampleVault reserves the right to remove any Content that does not meet quality standards or violates these Terms, and to revoke Certified Seller status for repeated violations.
You may not upload, distribute, or transmit Content that:
We reserve the right to remove any Content that violates these guidelines without notice and to suspend or terminate the accounts of repeat offenders.
The SampleVault platform, including its design, features, logos, and branding, is the intellectual property of SampleVault and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of our platform without prior written consent.
User-uploaded Content remains the intellectual property of the respective uploaders, subject to the licenses granted under these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
SampleVault does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SampleVault and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service exceed the amount you have paid to SampleVault in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination, including any pending payments or licensing obligations.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting a notice on our website or sending an email to registered users.
What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
